Free Shipping
We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all orders worldwide, with no minimum purchase required.
Order Processing
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1 business day (Monday to Friday).
- Order Cut-Off: Orders placed before 4:00 PM EST ship the same business day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM EST will be processed the following business day.
- Custom Items: Products with customizations may require additional processing time. Our team will reach out to you separately to confirm details before dispatch.

Delivery times begin after your order has been processed and dispatched. Please note that all estimates are in business days (Monday to Friday) and may vary slightly during peak seasons or due to unforeseen carrier delays.

Order Tracking
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order number and receipt. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a second email with your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
- If you don't see the confirmation email, please check your spam or junk folder.
- If you haven't received a tracking number after 7 business days, please email us at support@casavelluti.com with the subject line "Tracking Number Not Received" and our team will assist you promptly.
Split Shipments
In some cases, your order may be shipped in multiple packages to ensure the fastest possible delivery. You will receive a separate tracking number for each package. Rest assured, all items in your order will be delivered at no additional cost.
Order Acceptance & Pricing
Casavelluti reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any given time. You may be asked to provide additional verifications or information, including but not limited to phone number and address, before we accept the order.
To protect our customers, we reserve the right to obtain validation of payment details before dispatching products and to verify the personal information provided. This verification may include identity, place of residence, or banking information checks. We reserve the right to cancel any order for which we suspect a risk of fraudulent use of credit or debit cards.
We are committed to providing the most accurate pricing on our website; however, errors may occasionally occur. In the event that an item is mispriced, we may, at our discretion, contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
Important Notice for International Orders
Under the Trade Facilitation and Trade Enforcement Act of 2015, imported orders with goods valued over $800 per person per day may be subject to additional customs duties or taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. Casavelluti has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
