Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Delivery times vary by destination:
- United States: 2 – 10 business days
- Canada & Mexico: 7 – 14 business days
- United Kingdom: 4 – 14 business days
- Europe: 8 – 20 business days (depending on country)
- Asia Pacific: 4 – 16 business days
- Rest of World: 7 – 29 business days

How much does shipping cost?
We offer Free Shipping on all orders worldwide, with no minimum purchase required.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package in real time. If you haven't received a tracking number after 7 business days, please email us at support@casavelluti.com.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Orders are processed quickly and we may not be able to modify shipping details once the order has been submitted. Please contact us immediately at support@casavelluti.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request before the order is dispatched.
Do you ship internationally?

Will I have to pay customs or import duties?
For international orders, customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. Orders valued over $800 per person per day may be subject to additional taxes.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and returned in their original garment packaging. For full details, please visit our Return Policy page.
Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?
We do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
How do I initiate a return?
Email us at support@casavelluti.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will provide you with return instructions.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the return is due to a shipping error or defective item on our part.
Can I return items purchased internationally?
At this time, only orders shipped within the United States are eligible for returns. International orders are considered final sale, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Are there items that cannot be returned?
Yes, the following categories are final sale and cannot be returned:

How long does it take to process my refund?
Please allow 5 – 7 business days from the day we receive your returned package for processing. Once approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Allow an additional 3 – 5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
What happens if I return items that don't meet the requirements?
Returns that do not meet our criteria (unworn condition, original tags, original packaging, within 7-day window) may be subject to a 20% restocking fee, or the return may be declined entirely.
Sizing & Fit
How do I find my size?

What does "True to Size" mean?
It means the item fits according to standard US sizing. Other references include "Runs Small" (consider sizing up) and "Runs Big" (consider sizing down).
What is the difference between Slim Fit, Regular Fit, and Relaxed Fit?
- Slim Fit: A closer, tailored cut that follows the body's contours.
- Regular Fit: A classic, comfortable fit with room for movement.
- Relaxed Fit: A loose, laid-back silhouette for maximum comfort.
- Oversized: Intentionally larger for a modern aesthetic.
What if I'm between two sizes?
We recommend sizing up for a more comfortable, relaxed fit — especially for our linen pieces, which are designed to drape naturally.

How should I care for my linen garments?
To maintain the quality and longevity of your linen pieces:
- Wash: Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle or hand wash. Use a mild detergent.
- Dry: Air dry flat or hang to dry. Avoid tumble drying, which can cause shrinkage.
- Iron: Iron while slightly damp on medium heat for a crisp finish, or embrace the natural texture of linen for a relaxed look.
- Store: Fold neatly and store in a cool, dry place. Avoid hanging heavy linen garments for extended periods to prevent stretching.
Will linen wrinkle?
Yes — linen naturally wrinkles, and that is part of its charm. The natural creasing is a hallmark of genuine, high-quality linen and adds to the relaxed, effortless aesthetic. Light steaming or ironing while damp can reduce wrinkles if desired.

Is my payment information secure?

Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
Orders are processed quickly. If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us immediately at support@casavelluti.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has entered the fulfillment process.
