Refund policy
At Casavelluti, we stand behind the quality of every piece we craft. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help - within the guidelines outlined below.
Eligibility
We accept returns on qualifying items purchased directly from casavelluti.com, provided the following conditions are met:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and completely unaltered.
- All original Casavelluti tags must remain attached.
- Items must be returned in their original garment packaging with all labels intact.
Return Window
Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date. The return window begins on the day your tracking shows "Delivered" status.
For split shipment orders (orders delivered in multiple packages), the 7-day return window begins from the date and time the final package is delivered.
Once a return is initiated, you must ship the item(s) back to us within 7 days of your return request submission.
Restocking Fee
Orders returned without meeting all of the above criteria - including condition requirements, original packaging, and timing - are subject to a 20% restocking fee, or the return may be declined entirely at our discretion.
Non-Returnable Items
The following categories are considered final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:
- Swimwear
- Intimates & Lingerie
- Bodysuits
- Jewelry
- Beauty Products
- Face Masks
Exchanges
Due to the exclusive nature of our inventory and fulfillment model, we do not process direct exchanges. If you require a different size or color, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
International Orders (Non-US)
At this time, only orders shipped within the United States are eligible for returns. All international orders are considered final sale.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item on an international order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@casavelluti.com with clear photos of the issue. We will review your case and resolve the situation promptly.
Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the return is due to a shipping error or a damaged/defective item on our part.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email our customer concierge at support@casavelluti.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for the return
- Our team will respond with return instructions and the return shipping address.
- Ship your item(s) back within 7 days of receiving the return instructions.
Refund Processing
- Please allow 5 to 7 business days from the day we receive your returned package for processing.
- Once your return has been inspected and approved, you will receive a confirmation email with refund details.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery at support@casavelluti.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue or incorrect item
- A brief description of the problem
We will resolve the situation immediately at no additional cost to you.
